Catherine Chisnall

Biography

I was born in the Midlands of England and now live with my husband and child in the South. I have had a varied career working in banks, libraries, charities, secondary and further education. I always ignored the desire to write, thinking it wasn’t a valid career but can’t ignore it anymore. I have had several factual articles published and this has given me the confidence to publish some of my fiction.
Thank you very much to people who took the time and trouble to review my books. This is very much appreciated!

I was very impressed with this book. A compendium of all Ron Knight has learned over the last X number of years, written to help fellow authors. I particularly liked the advice on how many drafts to write and the purpose of each one; the advice on what writing each novel will add to your experience; and the advice to make your chapters short! Recommended.
