This book is a great tool for accomplishing all of the things we want to do in life. It is about making the plan and working the plan. But, it is more than that...much more than that...
Dale is a very upbeat and positive writer. You know by the end of the book that you can do anything: lose that weight, get a new job, perfect that golf swing.
I was inspired to DOCUMENT 5 goals that I will accomplish but just haven't committed to yet. This process will do more than get me started, it will keep be positive and focused.
I highly recommend this book for any reader in any circumstance. It is easy to read and follow the 7 steps. In hind sight, we all should have started this practice in high school and used through adult life. But it is not too late.
