I write to clear my head of all the creatures that live there. Some are scary, some funny, but all dwell within the dark and twisted.
In the Midwest US, there is as much folklore as anywhere else. When we're not dodging corn stalks, My wife and I raise two beautiful kids and a house full of pets.

I'm a fan. First person writing is hard to do, but this puts the reader in the position of co-pilot, nervously going along with the narrator as he follows Carl through the old house looking for gloom and doom. An old fashioned ghost story with a twist as the specter doesn't jump where you think it's going to. I won't ruin it. Read it!

Just awesome. This is reminiscent of every campfire tale or ghost story I remember from when I was a kid. The kind of thing your older brother tells you to keep you up at night. Rod Serling would've been proud. You really should be selling this stuff! Dan Dillard.

Entertaining read and a nice take on what it is to be a Zombie...ya know, from the zombie's point of view. I guess you shouldn't judge until you've shambled a mile in his dry-rotted shoes.
