Dietlind Wagner is a artist, graphic designer and educator living in New Zealand. In 2011, out of the blue, she started making the Dede puppets. Originally they were conceived as heads only (no bodies) but they very quickly developed a life of their own, demanded dresses to be made and are up to mischief every since.
