The person who suffers is heard frequently demoralized, pessimistic and low self-esteem, feel soft and vague aches and pains, feels guilty and inadequate. It may also have ideas of death and thoughts of suicide. Sometimes there are also delusions and hallucinations: a person can be convinced to be responsible and guilty of things not committed, believe in the imminent end of the world.
