Ms. Laurent is a gifted author who by virtue of her story piques your interest where the main characters are struggling against a ruthless enemy and the love the feel for each other. It has mystery, suspense and a compelling love story. I as a reader felt as I was right there with them as they made their way to discover that love helps one overcome many obstacles.
