Hannah Cassidy is the pseudonym non-fiction writer Donna Albrecht uses for her fiction writing. It's a way of separating the two. If you love "Friends with Friends" and click on "I Love to Tell the Story" to read more--you'll find a fascinating read, but not the fiction you were expecting!

Cassidy, (Albrecht), lives in N. CA with her family. She enjoys visits to San Francisco, the Wine Country, and miscellaneous areas of nature where she can collect rocks for her hobby of lapidary.

What motivated you to become an indie author?
I'm a much-published nonfiction writer and have books out under my real name, Donna Albrecht. I went indie with this book because I believe my book will find an enthusiastic audience among indie-minded readers.
What's the story behind your latest book?
I'm appalled by the politicians and others who believe they have a God-given right to control women's bodies and who are passing legislation to that end.

In this novel, I explore a dystopian but current society where these laws have been carried to an extreme and the lengths women and the men who love women will go to to protect their right to determine what happens in their sexual and reproductive lives.
