- The Questory of Root Karbunkulus - Miist
on Nov. 17, 2010
Root Karbunkulus is an amazing character who goes on a wonderful quest to find the Miist and invited me to go with her. It was hard to stop reading as she was taken prisoner or attacked - couldn't wait to find out how she got away! Great story - off to read her next quest - Quill.
- The Questory of Root Karbunkulus - Quill
on Nov. 22, 2010
Root always follows her heart and it often gets her into trouble! The adventures have grown since she started her first quest - and so have the dangers. Great characters - human, animal and vegetable. I don't want to spoil the adventure by telling what happens, so will just say, thanks for taking me along on the quest. Looking forward to Root's next adventure.

- Shadow Games
on Feb. 21, 2011
I thoroughly enjoyed this book (couldn't put it down). Welch has created great characters and an engaging storyline. Wonderful sci-fi thriller - looking forward to finding out what comes next. I second Deb Robinson's comments - it IS refreshing to read a sold story without typo and grammatical errors.

Well written, imaginative, creative - all good things. Pascal has written an enjoyable book that took me to another universe and kept me there for the ride.

on Sep. 16, 2011
I thoroughly enjoyed The Portal Between. I followed the three women, and cheered for them as they fought to take back their lives. Well written, imaginative, engaging ... what more could I ask for!
- Sisters Of Glass
on Dec. 20, 2011
Well written book. It is always great to have a book that has been well edited. I personally didn't get hooked on the story but still read it - which says a lot for the writer. Good work.
- The Other Side of Existence: Portal to the Gods Book 2
on May 14, 2012
Excellent book. Well written - great battle scenes.
- Crossover 'The Chosen One Trilogy: Book One'
on May 14, 2012
Loved the book. Described the characters of all the players - the cats, the dogs, the flying horses! Couldn't put it down. I got this book last fall with some others and hadn't gotten around to reading it - wished I'd started it sooner. Looking forward to seeing the whole world unfold.
- Journey 'The Chosen One Trilogy: Book Two'
on May 21, 2012

- Destiny (The Chosen One Trilogy:Book Three)
on May 21, 2012
Couldn't wait! Read straight through the whole series. Imaginative, good character development - toally excellent! It's great to read a book that is well written - without grammatical & other errors - that I can just totally enjoy. Well-done.
- Paranormal Doorway of the Triquetra ( Children of Atlantis, Book One)
on July 10, 2012
Great book. Mira's journey into embracing all parts of herself is one that I loved to take. The relationships with the men in her past and present are a lot of fun. She really does have anger issues! I'm not going to repeat a story line that is already well describe in Katy Sozaeva's review.
This would be a five star book for me if I could get past the grammatical mistakes. In many cases a real, correctly spelled word is used but it's the wrong word (e.g. though instead of through), and prepositions missed or added incorrectly.
I will still be reading the rest of the trilogy!
- Blood Ties
on July 15, 2012
Great book - truly a page turner. I couldnt' wait to see what would happen to Tessa. Can'd wait to read more of Nixon's books!
- Blood Sport
on July 22, 2012
Totally engaging book. Kept me reading non-stop - had to make sure that Tessa stayed alive. The Australian references were fun - even looked up what tim tams were. Starting to read the Heller series next!
- Heller
on Oct. 18, 2012
Great book. Loved the interaction between the characters. Tilly Chalmers is a great heroine. Nixon is one of my favourite authors - loved her other series and this one didn't let me down.
- Heller's Revenge
on Dec. 09, 2012
Love the Heller series. Tilly gets herself into every imaginable - and sometimes not imaginable - situation and manages to extricate herself with her wits! Good fun.
- Heller's Girlfriend
on Dec. 09, 2012
Tilly has great instincts ... she can spot a bunny boiler! Love the series - great, engaging writing.
- Heller's Revenge
on Dec. 09, 2012
Great book. Heller really lives from the idea of don't get mad, get even - and he does it spectacularly. Love the series.
Keep writing!
- Heller's Punishment
on Dec. 09, 2012
Love the series ... waiting for the next book. Really want to shake Heller sometimes when he sends Tilly into horrible situations.
