Born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa.
The connections to nature and universal energies began during the bush war in Angola, fighting an "enemy" I didnt know and a war I couldnt understand. My true journey into the power of positive energies which abound in nature and the universe began 25 years later when I questioned what I felt while exposed to nature during the war. The poetry, quotes and words I share are about the journeys into these energies of healing and light.
