Born in Brooklyn, New York in 1969, but raised in New Jersey where she currently lives with her husband Tony and two sons, Logan and Evan. The job that pays her bills is an Oncology Clinical Trial Associate for a large pharma company, but she has always loved writing. In high school, her friends enjoyed reading her "choosey stories".

Dreaming of Beauty is her first novel, and with raising two kids and working full time, it took her over five years, but she loved every minute of it.
