Patriot's Blood on Nov. 20, 2012

This novel really lives up to the name “Thriller.” I was intrigued from page one, and found myself with clenched jaw and heavy breath by the time I reached the dramatic end. Patriot’s Blood reminds me of why I love the Thriller genre, and this story even goes beyond what is truly an edge-of-your-seat ride by bringing you into the real, terrifying world of domestic and foreign terrorism. The main character, Marchetti, navigates the hazards of bad guys to pursue a case that has been thrust upon him by a client in danger. He begins his pursuit of truth out of duty to his client, but courageously carries it through to the daring finish out of a greater duty to protect innocent lives. Marchetti proves to be the real patriot. This is an exciting story, and a truly enjoyable read.
