Fel Kian
Biography
Fel Kian is an Iranian-born Canadian, although his true passions lie overseas. For, to paraphrase Pauline Reage, he is not so much an Anglophile as an Anglomaniac.
Fel wrote and illustrated two short novels at the age of eight; co-founded and showcased his stories in the first literary magazine publication of his high school; and continued to have his work published in university newspapers and, ultimately, print magazines. At thirty, his life revolves far too much around his wife and cats.
His poems and short stories have appeared online and in such magazines as Black Petals, Ascent Aspirations, Nocturnal Ooze, and Mini Mocho Press Anthology--for which he received an award. His experiences as an outsider, a dreamer and a subversive have found their way into his first book, Indigo Eyes."
