O'Damia Miller was born August 20, 1972 in Miami, Florida. She began her career as a singer/songwriter at nineteen and was briefly signed to Slip N Slide Records in 1993. Work hard, Respect yourself and Stay focused".
O'Damia continued to write and do background tracks for Iconz Music Group and Poe Boy Entertainment. O'Damia featured on Cognito and Jackie-O's albums under the Poe Boy label in 2002 and 2004. O'Damia then turned her sights on having more control of her career and began ghost-writing, penning songs for Iconz Music Group/Drum Majorz.
