  • Black Mountain Affair on Dec. 01, 2011

A thrilling book from start to finish, featuring likeable characters from this author’s previous book, Coral Sea Affair (which is also an excellent read!!!). Black Mountain Affair is about a serial killer who is systematically killing people in the Cooktown area of Far North Queensland & hiding their remains deep in Black Mountain. The story follows the dedicated detectives & an ex detective Ben Hood, who is supposed to be protecting a socialite, on their journey to find the killer. The story takes lots of twists & turns & keeps you in suspense right up until the last chapter. It also touches on Aboriginal mythology which adds an interesting element to the book. An exciting , “edge of your seat” thriller!!!
  • The Men's Club on Sep. 06, 2012

Another great book in the Ben Hood series. All poor Ben wanted was a quiet seaside holiday, but instead he got caught up in a series of ghastly events where he had to use all his experience as an ex Detective to assist the local police to solve the mystery of THE MEN’S CLUB. An edge of your seat thriller, that captivates from start to finish. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves murder, mystery and adventure stories.
  • The Dark Affair on Nov. 06, 2012

Another Ben Hood Winner!!! Here is another action packed Ben Hood thriller from Drew Lindsay which takes you into the dark world of bondage & discipline. The author handles this controversial subject with great fineness & weaves an exciting story which holds your attention throughout. I thoroughly recommend this book if you are after an action packed adventure story.
  • An Explosive Affair on Nov. 23, 2012

An Explosive Affair is another great Ben Hood thriller. It is an interesting story set in Central Australia and incorporates aboriginal culture as the core theme. The author has obviously done a great job researching Australian aboriginal culture and manages to weave an exciting story that keeps you guessing until the end. The characters are true to life and are extremely likeable. I thoroughly recommend this book to anyone wanting to read an exciting story which has true substance to it.
  • A Lost Lady on Jan. 12, 2013

A Great New Book from Drew Lindsay A Lost Lady is another great Ben Hood thriller by Drew Lindsay. It has everything you would want in a novel to keep you on the edge of your seat – romance, intrigue, rescues and terrorists. It is set in the capital of Australia, Canberra, but takes Ben to the Daintree Rainforest in Far North Queensland. The characters are described so well, you feel like you know them personally. I thoroughly recommend this book to anyone who wants to read an exciting action packed book.
  • Treasure on April 28, 2013

A Real Winner!!! A brilliant book by Drew Lindsay, one of his best in my opinion. This story is set in Port Macquarie on the NSW North Coast and is about ships that have been wrecked in this area which have been reportedly carrying TREASURE. Ben Hood is hired to protect two women who are involved in this saga and the results are an exciting roller coaster ride of action and emotions. Real life characters that you come to love and amazing destinations make this book a real winner. If you love action and adventure set in Australia, you will thoroughly enjoy this book.
  • Charlotte's Fear on June 09, 2013

Another great Ben Hood thriller by Drew Lindsay. Once again the author has created an exciting story which captures your attention from the very beginning. This story is a little different to others in the series as Ben is not actually working for a client, but witnesses something that he feels is not quite right and throws himself into getting to the root of the problem and solving it the only way he knows how, with his fists. The characters are very real and the scenery is described brilliantly from Bora Bora in Tahiti to Nimbin in northern New South Wales. I can’t wait until the next Ben Hood adventure is released. Well done Drew Lindsay, another exceptional story.
  • Dying in Paradise on Aug. 20, 2013

Another brilliant book by Drew Lindsay. When Ben Hood reunites with the Cruz family especially Sam and Irene it makes this story a real winner. The characters have a history with Ben (from one of Drew Lindsay’s previous books “The Dead Woman’s House”) and he has become part of the family. He is bought in to investigate some fraudulent activities by people involved in managing the Cruz family fortune. People mixed up in managing the Cruz money all begin to die in suspicious circumstances. Witchcraft and the Supernatural are involved and in Ben’s inimitable style, he works together with the police to get to the bottom of the all the deaths as well as uncover who is responsible for mismanaging the Cruz family fortune. This story is set in Surfers Paradise in Queensland, Australia and offers the reader everything from murder, witchcraft, fraud and much more. I thoroughly recommend this book to anyone wanting sheer entertainment.
  • Disorganised Crime on Sep. 30, 2013

Another Winner by Drew Lindsay Disorganised Crime is yet another exciting read in the Ben Hood series. This time Ben tackles the Australian mafia, when he tries to locate the missing wife of a leading mafia boss. What he uncovers is more than even he could he bargain for. He seems to have a little help with taking out some of the bad guys in this book, which is a bit mysterious. I thoroughly recommend this book to anyone wanting to read a book that offers excitement, revenge and edge of your seat thrills.
  • Atomic Blonde on Dec. 25, 2013

Another great story by Drew Lindsay. This time Ben Hood gets tangled up with the step-daughter of a crazed terrorist who plans to destroy Sydney and surrounding suburbs in a horrific nuclear attack. The step-daughter happens to be trained in building nuclear bombs but is also damaged goods, but Ben manages to gain her confidence and her trust and together they plan their own counter-attack on the terrorists. A thrilling tale by one of my favourite authors. I thoroughly recommend the whole Ben Hood series to everyone who loves to read entertaining stories that capture your imagination and demonstrate true justice to all the bad guys.
  • Subterranean on June 27, 2014

SUBTERRANEAN is an edge of your seat thriller that takes you deep into the cold dark limestone caverns of South Australia. Ben Hood is hired to keep an eye on a diving instructor and signs on to do a cave diving course, with disastrous results. Ben ends up getting involved in bringing down a huge drug smuggling outfit. He also gets heavily involved with a stunning police detective. A fantastic read for anyone who loves adventure.
  • Island Magic on June 27, 2014

Drew Lindsay’s latest novel ISLAND MAGIC is one of his best. It offers everything from witchcraft to the abduction of one of the main characters, not to mention a series of bank robberies. Ben Hood gets tangled up with the mysterious Doris and her troubled son, which results in a thrilling tale. If you love Ben Hood’s previous adventures, you will love this one.
  • The Pilbara Affair on Sep. 17, 2014

The Pilbara Affair is an exciting tale that takes you to the very heart of outback Australia. It offers twists and turns that hold your full attention and of course the charasmatic Ben Hood who handles the baddies in his normal unorthodox manner. If you want fantastic fiction, then I suggest you read the entire Ben Hood series by Drew Lindsay, they are well worth reading.
  • South Pacific Affair on Sep. 17, 2014

South Pacific Affair is a wonderful story that takes you from a creek bed in Sydney's west all the way to the Kingdom of Tonga. It is clear that the author, Drew Lindsay has been to Tonga because his descriptions paint a very unmistakable picture of a beautiful Pacific Island. The characters are very real and extremely likeable. Another winner in the Ben Hood series Mr Lindsay!!!
