Geoffrey Arthur Drewyor (born 1979) spent his entire childhood in the small town of Elmore, Ohio before going on to complete International Business and French degrees at Mount Union College in Alliance, Ohio. During his time at Mount Union he also excelled at playing Ultimate Frisbee and winning unsanctioned swim meets but he had little success with the ladies.
Since then, he has bounced around Europe, Africa, and the east coast of the United States on various adventures while also obtaining a Master's Degree in Journalism from Boston University and directing over 250 educational student tours. He currently resides in the Hudson River Valley near a prison and a nuclear power plant with his wife, his dogs, and deadly hornets.
He is currently hard at work on his second book, Dumped Man Walking.
After a sun-drenched daydream in London, a 20-something nomad journeys through a "vast Buckeye nowhere" in search of his childhood. Along the way he meets bearded drunkards, delightfully dorky Boy Scouts, and baby-pitchforking spirits while finding that home might not be exactly as he remembers. But the true test of his voyage is around the corner and the wandering Elmoron never sees it coming.
