So THAT is the way you disable a black box? I must say, if the story is fiction it is right out of the news of the day. Many theories and several professional aeronautical engineers have tried to explain in the news how this airliner might have been hijacked but not as detailed and how as the author has written here. I read one of his other books Interdict and the use of the airborne laser was described in there as well. The reason given for the attack and the upcoming date of May2, will tell if that part of the story is right. I gave it five stars for the intrigue and detail.
