Bill has worked for or consulted to some of the most well respected Human Capital Management solution providers in the world including:
• ADP- helped introduce tax filing and PC payroll
• Genesys Software Systems- built their entire outsourcing division
• Fidelity Investments- assisted in writing the strategic plan for their HRO business
• ProBusiness- helped in designing their Comprehensive Outsourcing Services
• Kronos Incorporated- led the group that introduced their HR and Payroll offerings
Mr. Larkin also has cross vertical client experience working in the fields of healthcare, retail, manufacturing, government and financial services including The State of Florida, John Hancock Insurance, Green Mountain Coffee Roasters, Mass Mutual, Zales Jewelers, Southwest Airlines, Wells Fargo Bank as well as many small to medium emerging organizations.
