Hajar Alruzaiqi
Biography
Hajar Alruzaiqi is a business student and fashion designer from Oman. She currently works at the Ministry of Education in Oman as a Quality Specialist. Her academic activities have included running many workshops and seminars in Quality Management, including how to implement quality standards in schools and organizations.
Her first major qualification was a Bachelor of Science in Physics from University of Qatar. She was the recipient of a Leadership Award in 2012 from Common Purpose, as well as the Enterprising Award from Sheffield Business School. She recently attained a Master of Science (Distinction) in Managing Global Business from Sheffield Hallam University in England, where she was also honoured with the Inspirational Student Award in 2015. In addition, the University recognised her hard work and passion with the Inspirational Women’s Award in 2015.
Hajar intends to pursue post-doctorate studies whilst continuing to publish her research, which will focus on business and management in Oman and elsewhere.
