The Frey Saga: Molly

*Spoiler Alert!* If you haven’t read the first two books, Frey and Pieces of Eight, this probably won’t make sense! This is a short story about Molly, a human girl that we met briefly in Freya's story. Molly is...Molly is a human in a fairy tale world, and never mind the fact the she always wanted to be in that world. When she is taken from the forest near her home, she accepts Asher's proposal and becomes one of his "women" for lack of a better word. Women that are only thier to produce him an heir. Of course, she doesn't know that, and when being moved to a secure location she is caught by Freya and her group. It was very interesting to see a different POV. We know, know, that Freya intensely dislikes the human that she saves from her "protectors." And seeing it from Molly's point of view makes things fun. But Molly is rather warped, her perceptions banking on lies. And reading Frey then this present stark contrast. It also makes you want to read the third one a lot!! Very well written, with a character that reveals to us new information that will be an effect for Freya, and her band of followers. A good, short story about a girl who really got the wrong end of a big deal. Read this if you have read and enjoyed Frey's story thus far!
