I have read all 10 parts of the Pulchritudinous story and found it delightful. I see there will be a Book 2 and look forward to this one also. I bought my two children e-readers for Christmas which I had this book installed. They have been taking turns in reading a part each out loud.
A wonderful story about a little boy who lives in a forest. I would say by his hair and the presence of a wizard it would be set in medieval times. The characters and their corresponding pictures adds to the pleasure of the story and we look forward to book 2 being released after seeing the teaser.
Finally found time to read something just for me. This is an incredible book made up of short (true) stories. Yes it definitely gets you thinking. I love the authors writing style and the content is wonderful. I don't think there is another book like this one to be found anywhere, and I'm glad the author decided to write everything down and share it.
I recommend it to anyone and everyone no matter what your preferrences are in reading material. A MUST READ.
Found this book a bit slow at first but finished up a great story. Really like the Inspector and Franco, Graeco and the coroner. The characters are good. Lot's of different things happening which keeps it interesting. It's definitely believable and a most enjoyable read.
What a fascinating story. I can see how it would have been difficult for a young man under the circumstances the author has thrown him into. His guilt and fear definitely got the better of him at the end. I really enjoyed reading this story and also look forward to the unabridged version. Yes, as Carol has said, keep the pics coming.
