Biography
Audrey Tait has an MSc in Addiction Counseling; a BSc in Dietetics; is a Canadian Certified Counsellor, CCC, with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association; a Registered Dietitian, RD, with the College of Dietitians of Alberta; and a member of the Alpha Chi Honors Society with specialized training in multiple addictions, financial disorders, disordered eating, cognitive therapy, trauma, and character development. Audrey has a passion for photography and being outdoors in nature whether it is hiking, backpacking or some other outdoor activity. Her personal journey of overcoming along with her professional training is all part of her writing and photography.
