Biography

I am a retired Jewish man with a lifelong interest in history in general, and Jewish history and culture in particular.
After earning a Master's of Social Work degree from Yeshiva University's Wuurzweiler School of Social Work, I worked in a number of social service agencies, serving different segments of the disadvantaged and stigmatized of New York as a caseworker, counselor and supervisor.
Among my areas of professional expertise have been Substance Abuse in the American Jewish Community and training social workers to work with diverse minorities,
