Biography
Justine Bowen-Jones was born and raised in Ashland, Oregon. She graduated from Portland State University in 2007 with a Bachelor’s of Arts in English. In 2008, she moved back to Ashland, and in the spring of 2009 began her memoir Almost Finished. She is an avid reader and tennis player, and enjoys spending time with her family.
