What's the story behind your latest book?
It is a sudden rash of bizarre killings that takes the Washington D.C. Metropolitan area by storm. It infuses a bit of the supernatural into the generic murder mystery tale and crafts a believable world where you never know if evil is solely a human characteristic.
What are your five favorite books, and why?
Hunter S. Thompson's 'The Rum Diary', Douglas Preston and Lincoln Child's 'Relic' and Michael Crichton's 'Jurassic Park" are just some of the books I read growing up that inspired me to want to write. Those along with the varied stories from H.P. Lovecraft, Edgar Allen Poe, Stephen King, Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and many more modern and classical literature writers are who I find enjoyment in reading.
