This is a fast paced, exciting tale of young Dave Burden as he experiences an unforgettable day in his otherwise mundane life as a British soldier. This is a short story that packs a punch! To call it well written does not do it justice. Diem's writing style is both entertaining and heartfelt as he takes the reader on an emotional roller coaster ride. I recommend this book! And, I look forward to reading more from Diem Burden in the future.
