June Andrade

June Andrade is a prolific satirical writer. She retired in 1993 from the Federal Civil Service after 30 years with the Department of Defense. Assignments in the military zones of Korea, Vietnam, Headquarters Marine Corps and Parris Island provided June with an unparalleled insight into the making of Marines. Her life long love of animals offers the fantasy element to mesh the two. June lives happily with "the boys," tomcats Pepper and Bubba Billy in Beaufort, SC.
