I was born in Holland and migrated to Australia as a child. I have five sisters and all being originals we have had many an issue to be discussed! As wife, mother and sister, many incidents occurred in my life that defied logic and rationality. Being sceptical, most stubborn and loathe to change my mind, (I have a Dutch heritage, after all!) further research and investigation was needed. Much resistance to a deeper philosophy and fundamental reality persisted until these “unreal facts of life” turned mine upside down! Serious consideration was in order, so over the years I joined many a group where thoughtful answers may be found, including the Theosophical Society. I like to share what I believe in and I know all about initial resistance and doubt. I have been there, firmly ensconced in my sturdy wooden clogs and seven flannel petticoats! I now write and present many a feature on philosophical and spiritual issues. My hobbies are bushwalking, beading and lively debates.
