Karen Southall Watts
In 2005 I put my whole life into a station wagon and drove cross-country alone to start a fresh chapter in my life. I’ve been a wife and stay-at-home mom, worked in social services and reinvented myself a couple of times. Since 1999 I’ve been teaching business and entrepreneurship in classrooms and workshops. As a coach/consultant I’ve worked “up-close and personal” with many entrepreneurs. Writing has helped me to reach out to the global community and express and exchange ideas about entrepreneurship, management, and leadership with hundreds, probably thousands, of people. I’ve been featured as a guest blogger and a contributing writer in online and print venues. No matter how much the world changes, the printed word still offers something wonderful to us, and that’s why I write.
