Karina Lickorish Quinn

Karina Lickorish Quinn was born in Ankara, Turkey to a Peruvian mother and English father. She grew up in a small English town and later in New York. After completing school, Karina studied Law at Oxford University and practised as barrister for a short time. She now works full-time as an English teacher in London. Karina has a particular passion for poetry. In 2005 she won the Misericordia College award for emerging high school talent in poetry. Her first book 'Shrinking Violet' was published in July 2012.
