Biography

My name is Kim Moore and I have been a field supervisor in state government for 10 years. What I have noticed is that there are extremely talented people within organizations that have experience to share that cannot be fully gained through classroom or text book training. Mentoring is the magical tool which allows us to share talents that develop motivated individuals into effective leaders, the key to a successful organization.

What's the story behind your latest book?
The story behind my writing is simple, it was a final project I chose when completing my Masters Degree. I volunteered to assist a non profit organization to create a mentoring program that would encourage and enable employees to move up in their organization as leaders. What I found was that experienced leaders had qualities they wanted to share and the employees that looked up to them, wanted their leaders to coach them.
What motivated you to become an indie author?
My goal in writing this was not to become a famous author, but to share my belief that we are surrounded by talented people.
