I thought this was a great teaser to a new series. I loved the writing style; it kept me turning the pages and felt fast-paced, which is always great in a book. The main character was very intriguing and left me wanting to learn more about him and the mysterious "child" he was sulking after. I can't wait to read the rest of the series!
