Biography

L. Marie Cook is the author of Lay Me Down, a memoir. She was raised in West Palm Beach, Florida. After attending the Alexander W, Dryfoos School of the Arts and majoring in theatre, she moved to Hilo, Hawaii. She lived in Hilo for five years and Completed her BA in Communications at the University of Hawaii at Hilo. She currently resides in West Hollywood, California, with her truck Betty White.
