I received this book from the author free of charge in exchange for an honest review. I would like to thank Marissa Doyle for this opportunity. I will start with saying I have not previously read any of the books in the Leland Sisters series. It is my understanding that they can all be read as stand alone books. Charles Bewitched is a short novella and the last of the Leland Sisters series. Charles is just coming home for his summer holidays to find out that something has been going on with his older sister Persy, who he is going to stay with while his parents are in Ireland visiting his other sister Pen. The day he comes home is the day Persy goes missing and the adventure begins. I quickly fell in love with the cast of characters and how each one brings something interesting to the story. Charles quickly finds out what has happened to his sister and will not stop until he figures out a way to get her back from the ones who have taken her. Let me just say I love any books containing fairies and this one did not disappoint! I really enjoyed the story the author wove and the way it flowed even in a short novella ,which usually leaves a lot unanswered but not this one. Marissa Doyle did an amazing job of telling the story and tying up all the loose ends in the series. I have to admit, this was my first time to read any of her works and now I can’t wait to go back and read this whole series!
