  • Survival, a YA Paranormal Romance (The Guardians of Vesturon Series, Book #1) on May 04, 2012

This book really flew by, and I did not want to put it down once I started. It also had a great romantic twist. The book follows Madeline, a teenager who's rough life includes losing both of her parents and being stalked and left for dead by a serial killer. She is saved by some unlikely rescuers. A really enjoyable read!
  • Atlantis Rising Book 1: From Beneath, They Come on July 02, 2012

Atlantis Rising: From Beneath They Come by Mark Stephens is one of the best paranormal romances I have ever read. I like the fact that there is two stories going on at the same time: Agent Fitzimmons’ story, and Dylan and Jaron’s story. Dylan meets Jaron at the beach, and while Jaron might not be as human as he seems, they fall in love anyway. Then the classic “boy meets girls, they fall in love, boy gets accused of brutal murders, disappears, comes back, then disappears again, etc” tale ensues. Meanwhile, Agent Fitzimmons and his partner, Angelo, are investigating these murders and getting thoroughly confused by them. I don’t want to give anything else away, but this book is very suspenseful and leaves on a huge cliffhanger. I can’t wait for the sequel!
  • Determinant, a YA Paranormal Romance (The Guardians of Vesturon Series, Book 3) on July 09, 2012

Determinant is a fast paced paranormal romance. I read in three days, that’s how good it was. I like how it switches from January to Rykerian’s point of view. The first two book s switched from Maddie to Rayn’s point of view. Many times I was forced to keep reading because of how suspenseful the ends of the chapters were, and I liked that. The only thing I didn’t like was how mean January’s parents were to her. It was a great part to the story I just would never wish that upon anyone in the real world. There is one more thing I have to say. A.M. Hargrove, if you’re out there reading this, continue the series and please let Xarrid find Saylan and make them unite!
