Priest, teacher, philosopher, and theologian, Leo R. Ward shaped Catholic higher education during his years of teaching at Notre Dame University. He is the author of Concerning Mary Ann, Holding Up the Hills, God in an Irish Kitchen, Blueprint for a Catholic University, and other books.
