Biography
The founder behind this #PositiveRevolution is Dave Lott. Dave is an understanding optimist. He believes in people and their ability to achieve. He has always had an overwhelming desire to help others grow and understand what makes people tick. From a young age Dave has been fascinated with understanding why people become who they are and how he can help those in need, create positive change in their lives. Dave tends to look at things in a simplistic manner and break them down to their core meanings in order to create a solution that real people can use. He is truly a "less is more" kind of guy, leaning to the side of simplifying your life, instead of complicating it. Dave’s writings don’t tend to be overly long or complex, he tries to use the least amount of words possible to convey the message.
Dave is a family man, with a wife of many years, a daughter, two sons, a dog and a cat. He enjoys outdoor sports with an emphasis on dirt bikes, he loves music of all kinds, and he enjoys traveling. He’s a regular guy, with a big heart, an open mind and he’s not afraid to share. Dave also has a BS Degree in Counseling Psychology with a minor in Social Rehabilitation, with many years in varying degrees of the corporate world.

Before setting expectations he educates himself, he involves you in the process, and welcomes your input without prejudice. He is driven, goal oriented and has the ability to push you for results without ever making you feel like the “result” is more important than you are.
