Lisa Gilliam

I have lived in the beautiful State of Maine all of my life. I have been a Municipal Clerk for nearly 30 years and have been a Notary Public since 1996. As a Notary Public I have had the honor to officiate numerous weddings. Over the years I have compiled a collection of vows that I want to share with couples who are looking for just the right thing to say on their wedding day. This is my first collection published and I hope to do more as time goes on. In my spare time I also enjoy photography and have included one of my photos as the cover for this book.
