M. L. Humphrey
Hi there Sci Fi fans, my name is Maurice Humphrey.
I am a Vermont native, husband, father, grandfather, well over 60, Navy veteran, retired IBM engineer, retired printer repairman, Graduated: Goddard Jr. College, VT Technical College, and Trinity College. Over the years I’ve written technical articles, taught technical classes, and presented at technical conventions.
I’ve been reading science fiction for over 50 years now. First books were “Journey to the Centre of the Earth” by Jules Verne and “The Stars Are Ours” by Andre Norton. I’ve read and collected many great stories, and a considerable amount of junk ones as well. I’d say by now that I probably have a good idea of what I consider a good story.

Beneath the Double Suns
Two worlds in conflict are forced into a treaty to form an independent government to govern them and their colonies. This is the story of people who are caught in the continual conflict, Beneath the Double Suns.
The House of Ezram
Hugo Winton was a private person and on a usual Friday night could be found at the local bar sitting in a corner by himself and thinking about Sally Fisher, until one night a stranger approached and offered him an adventure. It included Sally, and refusal turned into abduction. By the next day he was far away and thrust into the politics of The House of Ezram and a destiny that he was born to.
Interview with the Dungeon Master
Morley could tell, it was not going to be a good day! First he had an assignment to interview the King's Dungeon Master. But Morley had no idea where the dungeon was or how to find it.
"I know" he thought. "I'll go see my good buddy Corporal Geez; he'll know where it is!"
And that was just the beginning; it went downhill, or should I say underground, from there.
