Biography

Storytelling runs in Miss Kent's family, so few people were surprised when she made the transition from voracious reader to avid writer. She majored in Creative Writing and French at a liberal arts college in Illinois and is currently earning an MFA in Creative Writing. Her undergrad writing centered around literary fiction and poetry; she is currently focusing on her passions, Science Fiction and Fantasy in all their forms. She lives in the Pacific Northwest, where the landscape around her provides as much inspiration as her own imagination. Her hobbies include visiting castles and hiking.
