Born in Duluth, MN, with an education in both business and entertainment, CJ Carl has over 40 years experience in written communication as a copywriter, layout artist, free lance writer and publisher for magazines, newspapers, books, newsletters, and web sites. He has created promotional literature, including brochures, sales letters, flyers, handouts, business cards, and more for businesses ranging from health care to entertainment to non-profit to various service companies. He has also spent several years working for advertising agencies in scripting and creating radio and television commercials for dozens of businesses.

CJ currently is a co-owner of MetaMystic ePublishing, a company that specializes in helping independent authors learn how to publish and market their electronic media.
