M. P. Little

Biography

I have been writing, before I could actually put the words to paper on my own. My first story was titled “A Spider in my Milk,” and was transcribed by my mother, as I was only two years of age. I could speak clearly, well before that time, and have never stopped doing either one (writing or talking).
I have had the opportunity to have a few of my poems accepted for cards, by Blue Mountain Arts, when I was in High School. I have also had some accepted by a publisher in Maine. That was after my children were born.
I love to write, read, do anything related to my family (Much to the chagrin, sometimes of my children), I also loves many types of books, movies, music, etc., but have a hard time picking any one favorite genre.
It has taken me many years to get to the point of being able to share my stories with anyone except family and friends, because I had so much self-doubt. I am so very grateful to all those who kept believing in my talent and gently nudged me in the right direction.
I would love to hear from you with any questions or comments you may have. I truly want to be able to improve my writing, so children teens, and those who are young at heart, can enjoy my stories.

I read this book through 2 times before I decided to actually submit my book. I had a hard time finding things, because I am from the dinosaur age and did not understand everything well. (I am a hands on visual learner). But I invited my family IT guy over, and he helped me understand and format the book. I re-read it and followed step by step to make sure I did everything right, and I finally did. Without this book, and my patient IT guy, I would have still been wishing...Now I'm in the Premium catalog!!!! THANKS MR. COKER, FOR YOUR KINDNESS IN MAKING SMASHWORDS AVAILABLE TO US ALL!!!!

Abby; what a wonderful story. I really hope that you use your imagination to write many other books. I loved to write when I was young, but had nothing like Smashwords to place them on. Keep up the good work, and always follow your dreams. Sincerely; M.P. Little
