This book took me away on an adventure filled with dragons and magic! Great for tween readers and up. The characters were so well written; I felt like I was in the book, and the characters were my companions. I loved this book and hope to see a sequel. It makes me want to be half-dragon too!

This seems to be copying a bit of the WARRIORS series by Erin Hunter. Please. WaterClan? So close to RiverClan! Putting a name with "kit" is so copying! But I do enjoy a good story having to do with the warrior clans!

Kept me readin & I wouldn't give my attention to anything else until I was past page 30. A bit confusing & hard to keep track of for the lack of introduction & explaination. Before I opened the book, I thought it was about children of religious gods ex. Athena of Greece, Horus of Egypt, Jupiter of Rome, etc. I had no clue they were pixies, fairys, leprechauns, etc. until one of the boys said he was one. I stopped after page 30, due to much confusion. It has great potential & the writing is intriguing, but it needs major work to be 5 stars.

I keep re-reading this book! It's an AMAZING plot with realistic and un-realistic characters (they ARE magical after all)! Annie Oldham writes incredible stories, just like The Burn (a perfect novel for those who hate sci-fi! certainly got me, a usual sci-fi hater, to open up more! Good job! Intresting story! 4 stars!).
