Malcolm Mills

Biography

Malcolm Mills is a Canadian writer passionate about research of history and writing stories of Canadian accomplishments and adventures. As he puts it, “Our history rivals all others in excitement and adventure; it bursts with achievements and shouts of victory only to be quickly silenced by the Great Canadian fear of self exultation.”
Malcolm’s first book “High Hopes & High Tides” was based upon the launching of the W.D. Lawrence ship from Maitland Nova Scotia before Confederation; it was perhaps the largest wooden sailing vessel ever built.
