Simone Woods


Biography

Simone was born in Adelaide, Australia but spent much of her later childhood in Canberra, Australia. She trained in hospitality and worked as both a restaurant manager and chef for the prestigious Hyatt Hotels and Le'escargot in London and a chef for Christine Manfield at the acclaimed 'Paramount Restaurant' in Sydney.

For many years now she has worked in the IT field as a trainer and business analyst; though her heart still lies in the kitchen. She lives in Sussex, England with her wonderful husband, their two lovely young sons and 'Captain Barnacles' the neurotic goldfish.
