Inspired by the health improvements she saw in her son who was put on a wheat-free diet at a young age, Marcia has been passionate about healthy cooking and baking for more than 20 years. When she couldn’t find recipes that met her criteria for both healthy ingredients and delicious taste, she set out to create her own. Marcia currently lives in New Jersey and has two sons.
