Biography
Maria Elena Knolle Cano is the author of the multicultural novel " Von Fischbrötchen, Sangrianächten und Chaoswelten" as well as “Speak in Spanish- Fun and motivation on your learning journey”.
She studied Cultural Studies (MA) in Lüneburg and Madrid and has been working as a journalist since 2001. Her writings have been published in National Geographic.de , Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Spanish Australia.com, the lifestyle magazine Pushmagazin, the green economy magazine Weeyoo.de as well as a variety of other media and online media publications.
She is also the creator of the German-English travelblog "Wind im Herzen", windimherzen.wordpress.com and of "Viva Spanish classes- Spice up your life", www.vivaspanishperth.wordpress.com, her Perth/ Australia based language business. As a Spanish and German teacher, she has been sharing her love for language and culture with students from 28 countries in Europe, Asia and Australia since 2010.
