Marlin Williams creates unique characters that are eccentrically engaging. Influenced at a young age by old science fiction and horror flicks, his imagination is a bottomless well of creepy crawlies trying to get out, bizarre situations, and downright weird tales. In the real world, he lives a relatively normal life in Texas with his wife, two cats, and a dog.
His writing career began as a freelance writer writing for many online publications for health and fitness. After entering his first writing contest in 2011, he received the grand prize award for his short story, The Agency. He continued to write short stories as an Indie author and published his first novel titled, The Attic Piranhas in the humor genre. His work caught the attention of a publishing house and signed in August of 2013. WhiteBird Publishing compiled his short stories into a collection that are now available at Barnes and Noble and Amazon along with other numerous book distributors all over the globe
Marlin is currently working on his next novel, techno thriller that promises to be different.
Strange things are happening in the basement of the Glendale hotel, and one by one the tenants are disappearing. It's a mystery until Sharon Massey discovers the shocking secret late one night while all alone. Will she live to tell about it?
When strange things begin to happen in a small town, it leads some of its citizens to become suspicious of each other. The situation gets out of hand when the mayor returns after an extended medical leave and has drastically changed.
This is a very well written story full of humor and insights of the afterlife. It will keep you moving from the beginning until the end and laughing all the way. Don't miss this one. Highly recommended!
