Biography

I have always been a seeker of Truth. Reading, writing and spirituality have always been important to me. I love to share my ideas with others and get their viewpoints in return. This sharing of information is how humanity will grow and evolve. I hope my words that are filled with passion, heart and care are helpful to many.

I live in northeast Ohio with my husband, two children and three cats. My garden and the forest are my favorite places to be. I am available through the contact page of my website, freeyourmindusa.com. I am interested in hearing about your journey and your thoughts on my work.

What is the greatest joy of writing for you?
Writing helps me to connect with that wise part of myself. For me, writing is a spiritual experience. It is a process that helps me to discern deeper truths about myself and the world around me. I also am inspired by the thought that I can reach out to people everywhere and maybe change their life in a profound way. This is how the world becomes a better place, by helping people discover deeper truths about themselves and understand what's happening in the world and why. Then people are more likely to make changes and become active participants in their lives and world.
What do your fans mean to you?
I don't really want to call them "fans." I would rather think of anyone who reads my books more as a friend sharing an experience with me in this challenging journey of life. Reading a book and sharing the information in it helps us all to connect and understand each other better. That is my goal.
