Kaleta Publishing, LLC is a family publishing company based in Ohio, USA owned by Don and Mindy Kaleta. Kaleta Publishing books are written and published with the intention of "Changing the way we see the world."

We specialize in publishing works where the author’s intention is "Making it Visible, Inspiring Action and Impacting Humantiy" with a portion of profits donated to a charity of the author's choice. This includes fiction and non-fiction, adult and children’s books.

We are delighted to announce the publication of our first two books, Surviving the Puppy Stage, How to Get Inside Your Dog’s Mind Without Losing Your Own (the parent’s guide), by Mindy J Kaleta and Puppy Scents, The Kids’ Guide to Puppy Care, written by Don Kaleta, and illustrated by Helen Habel. These books were written for the average family with children to help them get through the trying times of raising a puppy. When parents and kids know and understand why puppies do what they do, they become more compassionate caregivers resulting in less surrender to shelters. Kaleta Publishing works closely with animal shelters and rescues in their local area promoting and supporting adoptions, responsible pet care and spay and neuter programs.
