I am a coordinator for a high risk dog rescue. We take in dogs with health or behavioral issues. We operate constantly at capacity. I also belong to the Animal Army which is a group who shares information to try and help those who have no others to step in and help. We share information about prospective homes, dogs in need as well as happy endings to help keep each others spirits up. Rescue can be a very exhausting and emotionally wearing vocation. I blog when ever I can find the time, as well as being a full time student, mother, grandmother and wife.
